Before

  1. You choose the special offer or service that’s best for you.  

  2. I send you an email with the information you’ll need to get started.

  3. You send me you current resume, cover letter and any supporting materials that might be helpful. (even if they are embarrassing)

  4. You take a few minutes to complete the Q&A form. We both gain clarity about your work experience and career goals.

  5. Follow along with the videos and templates provided to get started on your resume and cover letter right away!

 

During

  1. We meet in a 1:1 setting for Career Coaching session via Zoom video.

  2. You tell me about your experience, what’s happening now and where you want to go next in your career.

  3. Bring the resume draft you have created using the templates and videos provided.

  4. Make real-time progress to gain confidence and feel good about moving forward with your career change.

  5. We collaborate to co-create your new resume and career enhancing content!

 

After  

  1. You can start applying for jobs and making progress right away.

  2. Track your applications in the Job Tracker tool for best results (a.k.a. fast track to job interviews and receive multiple job offers!)

  3. Choose to continue with Career Coaching for a deeper dive into your progress and goals.

  4. We navigate challenges and celebrate your wins together!

  5. Stay connected! I’m your coach every step of the way–even after you get hired.
